The pre-race check-in is mandatory and will be held Thursday the day before the race. We are usually at the at the Fabian Lakeside Pavilion in Sugarhouse Park. The park is located on the South East corner of 2100 South and 1300 East in Salt Lake City. Enter the park from 2100 South at either the 1400 East or 1500 East entrance. Follow the road as it turns right (west) and heads gradually downhill. The road will curve left (south) at the west end of the park, and after a short distance the road will curve left again (east). On the left you will see the entrance for the Fabian Lakeside Pavilion. Please see the map below.
Check-in starts at the pavilion at Noon. You can check-in throughout the afternoon until 4:00pm. During that time you can pick up your bib number and shirt. You will also be able to pick up a pacer tag if you will be using pacers. If you have drop bags be sure to have them labeled with your name and runner number, and bring them to the park with you. It is a good idea to put the appropriate aid station name on the drop bag as well if possible. Place your drop bags in front of the signs for each of the drop bag aid stations no later than 4:00pm. The signs will be located in front of the pavilion.
Approximately two weeks prior to the check-in you will receive an email containing a link to a pre-race video recorded by the race director. There is no formal pre-race runner meeting so it is important that you watch the video. It will contain updates and race information that you will need. The email containing the video will also include a link to the pre-race runner check-in form. Please fill out the online form and click SUBMIT when you are done. If you need to make changes right before the race DO NOT FILL OUT A SECOND FORM. Either email your changes to info@wasatch100.com or give us the added information at the check-in at Sugarhouse Park and we will make the changes for you.
